| Getting planning consent ... | ||

In all cases you would be well advised to approach you local planning office to seek their advice on the type of building you are proposing. They will be able to tell you if you are likely to succeed with your preferred plans, and might be able to offer advise on another acceptable alternative. It would be preferable if you could get the planning officer to visit the proposed site and be able to show them photo's and plans of the building as it would appear on the site, we are sure this will be time well spent and could save you thousands of pounds. |

After you have the estimate and have finalised your plans we can then get you a final quotation. If you decide to go ahead, subject to planning consent, we can then get the designers in Finland to draw up the final plans for you to submit to your planning office, we must draw you attention to the cost of these plans (£400), which must be paid for in advance, this cost will be refunded if you go ahead with the project. All our log houses conform to the building regulations in the UK. If we can be of any further assistance or if you would like to view our show house at Wisbech, please do not hesitate to contact us.
